This service is intended for use "AS IS".## SubscriptionsThe Application offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("LawnDoc Premium"):- Monthly: $4.99 USD, billed every 1 month
- Annual: $39.99 USD, billed every 1 yearPayment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/## Information Collection and UseThe Application collects only the following information, all of which is used solely to provide the app's core functionality (not for tracking, advertising, or analytics):- Email Address: used to create and manage your account.
- Coarse Location: used to provide local weather data and seasonal lawn care recommendations for your general area.
- Physical Address: if you provide one, used to tailor lawn care recommendations to your property.The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies — specifically, photos you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate your lawn diagnosis. These photos are processed solely to deliver that diagnosis and are not used for any other purpose.Your account data is stored and managed using Supabase, a third-party backend and database service. Supabase processes and stores this data on the Service Provider's behalf and does not independently use it for its own purposes.The Application does not collect device IP addresses, in-app page/screen analytics, advertising identifiers, or any data for tracking purposes, and does not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.## Third Party AccessThe Service Provider does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may only be disclosed:- to the AI service provider (OpenAI), solely to process lawn diagnosis photos you submit;
- to Supabase, solely to store and manage your account data on the Service Provider's behalf;
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.## Opt-Out RightsYou can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace/network.If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link included in any marketing email, or by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect emails necessary for your account or the Application's core functionality (e.g. password resets, receipts).## Data Retention PolicyThe Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like User Provided Data deleted, please contact [email protected] and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.## ChildrenThe Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the Application. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact [email protected] so appropriate action can be taken. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information (in some countries a parent or guardian may consent on your behalf).## SecurityThe Service Provider safeguards the confidentiality of your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.## ChangesThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page.
